I am looking to maybe running a raffle, so if a customer buys something they can go into a monthly raffle to win a prize, Is this allowed on Ebay or is it illegal.
Note, I will not be raffling off my items, just a monthly raffle, where a customer could win a discount or something small i can send to them.
