Can someone explain the international postage options? Speak slowly. imagine I am a small child.

I wish to select WORLDWIDE as an international postage option and then the CALCULATE DUE TO LOCATION,

but when I press the button at the bottom, "continue", then "submit revisions."

it always goes back to original Post :to Australia.

I am sure I did succeed before in selecting and SAVING Post : Worldwide.

I cannot for the life of me work out what I am not doing correctly.

thank you, I am wasting my free 40 listings by revising the same listing again and again..DETERMINED the "worldwide" option will show up.

I don't think you can sell internationally until you have  feedback score of 10 (or something like that). Someone else might know the details. When you merely revise a listing, it shouldn't be using your listing credit, as it is just a revision to the same listing. If you are ending the listing, THEN relisting it, that would be using up your listing credit.
