Have you bookmarked the Setting buyer requirements page?
I am assuing you've set your buyer requirements (including whether or not you sell to an overseas buyer); you can add a buyer to your Buyer Requirements Exemption List. Just add the userID of the person who wishes to purchase.
Additionally, take a look through Selling internationally.
Here's how to add international postage to your listings:
- On your listing, choose Show international services and options and select Save.
- Choose Flat Rate or Calculated. A flat rate means you choose a postage cost. Calculated postage is determined by the buyer's location using Australia Post pricing.
- Select the countries you'll post to from Destination, and choose your preferred postage carrier from Service.
If you want to sell overseas, your listings and transactions need to comply with laws in both your country and the buyer's.
You can specify the regions to which you will post - the link is here. (It will apply to all future listings, so only change this if you want to make a global change.
