Hi, I'm wondering what to do when a buyer, that simply cannot be pleased, leaves 'negative' feedback? I've offered a full refund including postage and a free quaility gift for the inconvenience. Apart form this, his outline of the events don't quite add up! I've had flawless 100% feedback for 187 trades and now have 1 negative that's dropped it to 97% something. Very disappointed!
I haven't had to work hard at getting/keeping 100% because I just like to do the right thing.
