I'm so dreadfully sorry that happened to you. Words fail me as to why eBay would do such a dreadful thing to someone who was clearly just trying to innocently defraud people and make some easy money from stupid buyers.
Last person we caught shill bidding got reported to the police for fraud. You do know that is a crime don't you? As in, against the law? As in, you could go to court and get a CRIMINAL record? Consider yourself lucky you just got your account suspended.
