I had a buyer for my iphone 4. I thought the battery was faulty and let the buyer know but he only found out after the auction had finished. Can I cancel auction and the buyers need to pay for the phone as he doesn't want to go ahead with the purchase.
I want to re-list the phone but have no comebacks on myself as the seller or the buyer.

Apart from the first part of your message, I do not understand what you are saying. Are you saying the battery was faulty, but you did not put that in the listing but told the buyer after the auction ended? So buyer doesn't want to go ahead with the Sale (understandable) So why does he need to pay? I think you can just cancel and put in your reason as "buyer asked to cancel" and then relist it. (make sure you mention the faulty battery) I don"t understand your statement about having no comebacks on yourself as the seller or the buyer. Aren't you the seller?
