Cancellation of transaction

Hi

Buyer says made mistake, need to cancel.  Last time did mutual cancellation buyer refused so lost my fees fees.  What are options can buyer cancel so then I can agree to cancel.

Sorry there is no mistake to enter and amount then make another mistake by confirming bid.

Wait 4 days from end of sale date the on the 5th day after opening the dispute close it to get our fees back and give them a strike.

This seems to be happening more and more so give them the strike they deserve.
