Trying to list an item for the first time on Android app an error keeps coming up ' your weekly selling activity limits have been exceeded, or the user has not registered as a seller. Please check eBay for selling requirements.
I have registered as a seller, set up paypal, linked my accounts, given my credit card details and my bank account... not sure what else I'm missing...?
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Phone apps are never very reliable. I'd suggest setting it all up on a computer first, then you will probably be able to continue on the phone app without incident.
Also make sure your Paypal is a premier or business one, not just personal.
