Can you tell me please, item condition is not on my items, where do you put that on? Also, can I change details after auction has started (no bids) Thank you

Yes you can change details if you have no bids. Use the drop down tabs to the right of the item, and choose revise or edit. You will also be able to add the item condition while you are doing that, there is a box for it.
