This morning I took my Click&Send satchels to the PO and after they were scanned the lady did not give me the cash register receipt. When I insisted, and other staff member was called, I was told that as from today the receipts are not being issued.
Has anybody else found this to be so? Or did these people just not know how to operate the system?
Sorry but I think there is somethign dodgy about not being given a receipt, doubly so when you ASK for one?
I would be ringing Aus Post and asking them? Maybe Alice who posts here occasionally might know the answer to this one?
I lodged a eBay C&S satchel this morning and was given a lodgement receipt.
I have occasionally had a franchise incorrectly lodge a satchel on first try and then the system doesn't spit out a receipt. When they try again I always get a receipt.
