Closing NPB after payment made. What happens?

I would just like to know what actually happens when I do close the NPB - as in when the buyer has made payment. 

Will there still be a strike issued against the buyer? 

I am giving her the benefit of the doubt on this.

This is only the 2nd time I have had to lodge one of these (success- I hope! this time round).

Thank you sparklz - I didn't realize there was a difference in closing the dispute when it came to payment.
