Combined Postage

Hi

I have been selling on Ebay since 2005, I have always offered combined postage and handling.  Today for the third time this month I have been advised by a customer that Ebay told them I do no offer combine postage and handling.  I just don't understand how this has happened or how to fix it.  Can anybody help me with this?

No help what so ever - and it has been going on since January for me and it is now March.

I tried to add a couple of your items to my cart and the "request total" link is blue and underlined, which normally means it's working (when it isn't, it is greyed out).

You might need to contact eBay then, since no other members have any new ideas and you don't appreciate them trying
