Confirming identity

I would like to list an item...but I've been asked to confirm my identity. I answered the secret question and was directed to ring 800 093 577. I get a message the number is incorrect.

I found another number for support but it also is incorrect.

All I'm trying to do is list an item. What do I do?

Help please...or else I'll just list it through Gumtree.
