Hi,
Could someone please tell me why my customers can not request a invoice from me.
I dont have IPR ticked.
My customer are telling me that they are not given the option to request a invoice when they place the items in the cart or commit to buy.
I have asked the question so many times to ebay and they never give me a straight answer.
Im losing sales as I have to ask my customers to pay the full postage then refund the differnce back to them, some are not trusting which is fair enough.

Ebay is gradually opting all seller in to immediate payment whether we like it or not. Ebay gets more fees on postage from it so they're unlikely to change it back.
Unfortunately the cart has been problematic and that is one of the regular probs it has had.
Are your buyers able to purchase without the cart then request an invoice seeing as you don't have IPR set ?
I find that works for me when I multiple purchase.
