Hi all,
I bought a couple of phones a while back from the states during their black friday sales. The seller refunded my money back into my paypal nearly 2 weeks later and now has sent a cancel transaction request. Ive emailed asking why they refunded the money and didnt send my goods, but to no avail. Is this okay to do this? Just not give a reason and return the funds? Seems dodgy to me.
