Does anyone know how to change an Invoice to include postage cost, when I had it listed as pick up only? Thanks.

Hi.  I've listed an item pick up only.  However, I want to send an Invoice to the Buyer with postage added to the total.  Does anyone know how I can do that?  Thanks.
