I suddenly copped fees while decreasing international shipping costs for my CDs from $3 to $2.
I'd changed a whole bunch without fees, then suddenly $1.65 fees started appearing – but because I wasn't expecting them, and working fast, I probably got stung.
Exact same type of listing, exact same changes.
What's going on? This seems very sneaky, given eBay's policy states there is no fee for revising shipping costs.
