Ebay Help

Has anyone actually been able to email Ebay when there is a problem.  I got a message that an item had been sold and paid when it was no longer available?  I am wondering if this is some sort of scam because when I attempted to get in touch with the 'so-called buyer' it would come up?

There have been reports of eBay relisting items that sellers had previously sold.

Assuming the item sold on eBay.

There is nothing eBay can or will do; just cancel the order with the reason that is most advantageous to you. Hint: Problem with buyer's address.
