Is anyone else having problems listing today ?
Ebay is requesting me to allow "Cookies" by changing my Web Browser - I don't know what they are talking about .
This has only started to happen today - I cannot list anything at the moment.
Is this something new ? I have never had any trouble before.
Help ...
