can I get compensation for this?
the buyer clearly stated in the case it wasn't my fault and he couldn't send back the products as it was stolen out of the package on his country.
Why would eBay just ignore this, I provided tracking etc. and they still refunded him
You can file an appeal against eBays decision and you will be given the opportunity to provide more reasons than they allow you in the resolution centre.
