Ebay witholding my funds as account details need updating. Have uploaded forms and photos 5 / 6 time

Ebay has been harrassing me for weeks complaining my details need updating. I have completed forms and attached 5 or 6 different pictures to support details of my licence and they continue to request the details. They have suggested I dont keep sending same pictures but as I told them, check the backgrounds etc as they are all different and have been taken with 3 different cameras. They are blackmailing me by holding funds and now they tell me I cant close account without sorting account details. Ypou cant speak to anyone and they said they tried to call me which was  a lie. They dont leave a message. Appalling customer service and all I want is my money back and MY ACCOUNT CLOSED

You say you have sent photos to prove details of your licence.  Have you sent a photo of actual licence?

Have you completed all details for Managed Payments? 

You will never get the money if you dont have the payment side sorted out. 

As sandy says, sending different photos all the time will not do it.

You are not going to get anything if you fail to do what is required of you as a seller

Did you fully complete sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before you listed anything?

Does the name on your bank account, documents (ID) and eBay account all match exactly?

And do the photos actually meet the guidelines required. No point sending them a hundred times if they don't

Nobody is blackmailing you or harassing you

And it is not them 'complaining' it is a legal requirement they are bound to abide by

And you cannot close your account in any case as it has not been long enough since your last item sold

Have you actually sent the items in question to the buyers who have paid for them, as you are required to do?

No use yelling at other members about it, not something we can sort out for you
