Effect of Automatic Re-Listing on Limit of 10 Listings per Month

As a beginner, I am currently limited to 10 listings per month.

How does this work if  I list, say, the 10 allowed lots at the start of the month, and tick the automatic 3 or 4 re-listing box for each of them?

Do they get re-listed, or is any such re-listing considered to be exceeding the 10 per month limit?

We recently created a new id & listed the full 10 we were allowed. The first auto-relist failed, but the next few worked fine.
