Every time I try and list a set of personalized number plates for sale

I am trying to list a set of number plates for sale. I get all of the way through the listing and when I press enter to list the item the follow up screen is blank and that's as far as I get. There is no conformation of the listing, why ??????????

It may also be because you are a new Seller who will be restricted on the amount of your prospective sales until you have some good feedback.

The restriction amount should be at the top of your My ebay page.

You do have one set up for sale.

Try clearing cookies n temp internet files. Also clear browser history.

Then restart computer and use Chrome as a browser if using IE.
