FEEDBACK GLITCH

Hi i noticed on the 20th of august i must have recieved a low seller rating and my TOP RATED SELLER RATING was in jeopordy.

i checked my low rating percentage. communication & postage time was both at 0.79% . I checked this for 2 days and every 3 positive feedbacks i recieved the percentage would go down 0.01 of a percent.  until it reached  0.76% it has now been 20 days i have recieved around 70 more positive feedbacks & the percentage hasnt lowered. i rang ebay and told them i think i have a glitch, the agent said he would refresh my feedback score and i would see the correct percentage within 24 hours, he said if the percentage doesnt change it means the last 70 people that have left feedback have not left me any star ratings. it has now been 48 hours and my low dsr is still at 0.76. I FIND IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE THAT THE LAST 70 PEOPLE THAT LEFT FEEDBACK HAVE NOT USED THE STAR SYSTEM,  please help my next evaluation is in 8 days what can i do ???
