Feb changes for Top-rated sellers

Hi,

I want to add express postage on listings to compy with eBay changes coming in Feb for top rated sellers. But I am confused!

Firstly, I thought Express Post doesn't meet Paypal seller protection requirements. Is that right?

Secondly, if I offer several postage options, how does the buyer select the one that they want when they pay?  If they request an invoice with the postage service they want, that is fine, but what if they just go ahead and pay?

I use to have invoices editable, but it seemed complicated for the buyer to select anything other than the first postage option. Then I had someone edit the postage amount to less than the actual charge (they sent me stamps in payment!!) , so now I have invoices set to being non-editable.

How is it meant to work?

Thanks for any help.

If you are able to post things in the 500gm satchel or the 3kg satchel then use click and send so you do have paypal seller protection.

No express does not give you seller protection unless you want to take the time to fill in the registered paper work with the  express sticker tracking number stuck to it and see if the PO will stamp it on lodgement as proof of posting.
