Please help me to remove the negative, malicious, untrue comments, left for me as a seller from am..123 the buyer .who had no intention of paying me for the item that she bid on and won, or making an contact with me what-so-ever.
And l used my iphone to post feedback comment, and it gave me no choice where to put a Negative or Positive rating!!
Obviously, l intended it to be NEGATIVE. But it came up as positive with a Negative comment. Please help me to retify this, and also could you please note that l am making a formal complaint about this buyer am..123 for NO CONTACT after auction, ignoring all my mails, not going through with the payment/pickup of item won, and then giving me a Negative comment and telling people not to trust ME???? Is this buyer for real? I have done NOTHING wrong. am..123 is in the wrong clearly here, and has sought to damage my perfect ALL POSITIVES comments, and my reputation on EBay. Please help me - l need this non-buyer to be repremanded in some way, so that she does not do the same thing to another unsuspecting seller, such as myself.

I can't feel very sorry for a sorry who leaves a positive point with a negative comment which is a policy violation. The procedure is to open a NPB dispute. Do that and after you close it the negative feedback should be removed. Apart from that you can phone ebay and ask for it to be removed.
