Final value fee promotion

Hi there,

I recently signed up to an ebay promotional offer which offer $1 final value fee for up to 5 items listed in the same category.

I just sold the first item and noticed that I had been charged the standard 10% final value fee.

Can you please explain ?

Did you go into promo's and select 'Accept offer' ?
