I have had an amicable cancel transaction case. I sold an item, buyer paid cash on pick up, wanted to return item. Not a problem. To get my eBay fees back have opened cancel transaction case. Buyer has not responded online to this. Today is 7 days and I cannot see anywhere to close this case. The status is still "awaiting buyers action - see case details". Any suggestions?
