For a non 'store' seller, what is the fee for listing an item 'till it sells'

I qualify for 40 free listings per month, plus 3 relisting periods. I installed 'Selling Manager' & want to know what fee you charge (per item),  to 'RELIST TILL ITEM SELLS'?
