For cancelled transactions does the final credit fee refund include the listing fee paid as well?

When transaction cancellations occur does the seller get the listing fee refunded as well as the Ebay sales sucess fee?

I cant seem for find any info on this?

No, the fees refund is only the FVFs, not the listing fee.
