Good evening all.. I was wondering how come we can’t put a Reserve , I’m curious to know why ebay .com can have Reserves and ebay au cannot

Good evening all..
I was wondering how come we can’t put a Reserve on things we are selling ,
I’m curious to know why ebay .com can have Reserves and ebay au cannot have Reserve
( I know we can have it on cars/motor bikes, but not on our small things
