I really need some advice with a buyer that I think might be messing me around but as I'm just a very occasional seller am not sure how to handle this buyer. The buyer bought an item from me on 1/12 buy it now with payment to be within 3 days. She then put an offer in on another of my items but emailed me enquiring if she could have cheaper postage (ie not to send Express post but ordinary Australia Post satchel). I emailed her back explaining that I post Express Post and the combined postage costs and asked her to email me if she was agreeable to the Express Post cost (up to 3kg) before I accept her offer on the second item which I told her I was happy to accept. I heard nothing from her until today 6th Dec where she explained her husband has lung cancer and had hospital visits during the week so she couldn't get to her computer. She now is interested in another of my items (they're both dressses) and has asked me which one would suit her better. I'm not sure what to do here as she's already put an offer in one of these dresses, hasn't yet paid for the first item, and wants me to advise her which dress would suit her better. I really think she's using delayingtactics here and messing me around or have I just got a difficult buyer here?
