Has anyone else had trouble getting thru to the Ebay help desk via phone contact?

I have not been able to access the help desk by phone for at least 4 days. What is going on? Has anyone else had this trouble?

I used live chat to get an answer to a problem a couple of days ago - suggest you try that. Don't know of any glitches with telephone help. The only disadvantage is typing up your question & comments & it possibly takes longer than a telephone conversation.
