Has anyone used Easy - Imex and what has been your experience?

I'm looking to import product from China and am keen to avoid many of the pitfalls that are common amongst those new to importing from of China.

Has anyone had any dealings or experiences they could share when dealing with easy-Imex. Are they trustworthy? do they follow through with there promises after membership has been payed? do you feel they have your best interests in mind when working on your behalf? etc.
