Have a lady purchased and paid for item i listed as pick up only. Originally said would pick up in a couple of days but never turned up. Have sent numerous messages but doesn't respond. This rug was purchased on 3rd Aug. and was Item No. 143337124515. She has since purchased other items on Ebay and i am now at a loss as to what to do. Rug is wrapped up and sitting at Front door waiting on pick up. Could you give me some advice on this. Thanks, Catherine.
