I was selling Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for PC and the reason given was,
"your listing(s) violates eBay's Adult Material policy and has been removed. In accordance with our User Agreement, items prohibited by law or by eBay policy are not allowed on eBay. You listed media item that isn't approved for sale in Australia".
Considering that this is not a new game and is available for sale over the counter in many retail outlets, as well as from many other local sellers on Ebay, is this a fair ruling? I would be interested to know what others think?
