Hi evryone 🙂  Can anyone help me please? I have questions from buyers about items I have listed but there is no "Respond" button to answer them. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have any idea how I could fix it? Thanks in advance

Try clearing your cache and cookies, or reboot your computer and see if that helps.

Sometimes when I click on a buyers question in my messages, it actually takes quite a while for the page to load and the respond button to show.

Thank you gem*addiction. I wil reboot my computer and see if that fixes my problem, fingers crossed, but I am not quite sure on how to clear the cookies (apart from the pantry of coure .. hehe )
