Can anyone tell me how long after I use up my 30 free listings that I can re list for free please. Is it the 1st day of the month?

yes it is 1st of each month,
go to your my eBay page / Selling and at the very bottom of the page is the # of free listings you have and how many you have used up/how many you still have to use.
