Hi. How can I sell a vehicle without a vin number? It never had one. It does have a chassis number

Hi. Trying to list a commercial vehicle on ebay but it won't let me without a valid vin number. The vehicle (a small bus) never had one as it was privately imported from japan. It does have a chassis number though and engine number.
