Hi, I have refunded an item to a customer, how do I get my listing fees refunded and how do I relist as it was in a group listing - same top different colour, different sizes etc, and when I go to relist it is not allowing me to do so. Thanks

To get the FVF refunded you need to contact the buyer and ask if they will agree to a mutual cancellation.

Once they reply and if they say yes then send the request to cancel and that will credit your fees once they agree too it.

If there is no option for the variation listing then it may not be a category that has that option.
