Hi, I sold an item and the buyer has now requested a full refund including the postage

Hi, I sold an item and the buyer has now requested a full refund including the postage  for the item they say that the item doesn't match the listing.  I gave pictures of the item and a picture of the booklet that came with it...(it is not an intruction book but just a copy showing items that come with it) after speaking with customer service I have no come back and have to send the buyer a postage label for them to return the item and then give a full refund. Now I am happy to give the refund but dispute that the item was not as described...could someone advise me on this please. Thank you
