Hi, I've listed my first sell on ebay it has no reserve if I let it run it's time and I'm not happy with the final price do I have to sell

I have listed an item for sale with no reserve if the time ends on this do I have to sell it to the highest bidder? I was hoping to get $23,000 plus for it, so if the final bid is say $16,000 do I have to sell it to the highest bidder for that price or can I say no to the high bid at auctions end? Thanks
