Hi, can I leave negative feedback

A buyer did not pay for the item he won. I went to the Resolution Centre, still no joy. Amazingly he has 100% feedback, so can I leave negative feedback, or just leave it as a lesson learned.

Sellers have not been able to leave a neg for buyers for 4 years now.

As long as you haves opened the non payer dispute and close it 4 days later you are issuing a strike and helping other sellers that have the blocks in place to stop non payers.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
