Hi everyone, a buyer contacted me saying an item they received was damaged

Hi everyone, a buyer contacted me saying an item they received was damaged- I apologized and as I offer free returns I asked them to open a return on the item which I accepted

They then said they would keep the product but left me a negative review, any advice on how I can get it changed without the buyers input as they aren't being cooperative

sorry, I don't think you can change it, but you were factual in your f/b response....move on........

Whilst eBay will not remove it because they take the stand 'it was the buyer's experience' you can put them on your blocked list so that they cannot buy from you again and do the exact same thing 

 

 

Although, should their feedback left for others show this is common practice (leaving numerous negs) you could try to get eBay to look at that
