Hi, sold an item on ebay,(item # 191902485070), buyer did not pickup or pay for item. Went through resolution centre, received a fee credit of $39.50. Prior to the credit given, ebay fee total was $55.25. After the credit given the total amount due reduced to $15.75. I have just received an invoice for a total of $55.25. This is incorrect. Can you please explain this mistake, correct it. The credit was given quite a few days before the new due invoice came through. Thank you for a quick response, regards Kathy.
