High fees for a expensive broken platform with no help or support for sellers

Problem: Charged incorrect fee

 

Solution1: click on ebay contact help "incorrect number format" (even though my mobile number is entered correct)

Solution number 2: Call ebay help australia and follow prompts: if you are a seller please press 1 (1 pressed) - for seller help please click on ebay help (go back to solution 1 and repeat!)

Phone doesn't work because the call centre has been closed for 18 months.

 

Some excuse about a global pandemic.
