How can I answer negative feedback

I have received negative feedback for an article that the buyer said I advertised as new, which is definatly not true. What can I do? I have sent her an email, but how do I let people know that she obviously can't read.

Do you mean the Neutral feedback you've received?

Check your listing. It was advertised as Item Condition: New.
