How can I fix a Payment Received error? My buyer came and picked up the item and paid cash. I clicked Payment Received, except instead of then giving me the options to mark the item as Picked Up, I am getting Cancel Order, Sell Similar or Add Note. The item continues to show as Unpaid. How can I get in touch with E-Bay Admin (email address) to fix this? The Buyer was excellent and I don't want his record tarnished by any of this, as well as wanting the Sold Section tidy and correct. Thanks
The email for eBay is bot generated and useless
The buyer will not have their record tarnished unless you open an unpaid item dispute against them (check to make sure you do not have the 'automatic unpaid item dispute' open set up, or a dispute will, as stated, open automatically
I would suggest contacting Live Help, but it is more likely they will ignore what you actually say and go through the process of a dispute
I have not sold in a while, if I had sold a pick up item and the buyer paid cash on collection, it used to be tick mark as payment recieved and then I would tick 'mark as sent' (there was no mark as picked up option then)
Have you tried re-freshing that page and ticking mark as payment received again ?
Are you using the app or the full site?
To the right of item in your sold list select payment received.
Wait a minute and refresh page.
Then select item sent.
That concludes the transaction but if you wish you can leave feedback.
