Even though I set up rules to exclude shipping to certain countries and exclude buyers with 0-3 feedback, someone who fit both these categories bought one of my items. I have sent a request to cancel the transaction but they have not replied. I understand eBay will only recredit the listing fee if the buyer agrees to cancel the transaction. It doesn't seem fair that the Seller loses out when this is not my fault. Can I still ask eBay for the listing fee to be credited?
