I have a number of buyers that just haven't bothered to leave feedback. I know they have received the items through post tracking. I was leaving feedback as soon as the buyer had paid but wasn't getting any in return so now I have started to enclosed a note in with the item saying that feedback was important to my business and that feedback will be left once it is received but it hasn't made much difference to the number of buyers leaving feedback. It's so frustrating! Does anyone have any more suggestions?
If I had a dollar for everytime this question has been asked I would be so rich now!!! :^O
Its voluntary, not mandatory. You cant make people do it so my advice to you is to not worry so much about the quantity of your feedback, but keep striving to maintain (or improve!) the QUALITY of it 🙂
Asking for it can result in you getting the type of feedback you really dont want- with a red dot attached 😞
